Corporate Checking
is an easy-to-use check writing, bank account management, and accounts payable program. It prints your entire check on a standard laser printer, including the special MICR characters at the bottom of the check (which identify your bank and account number). This allows checks from any number of checking accounts to be printed without changing forms. It also eliminates the need to have separate check forms for each account.
Corporate Checking
is ideal for companies that have multiple checking accounts such as real estate management companies, construction companies, insurance firms, and financial institutions. Even companies that have only one or two
accounts can use Corporate Checking and save money on check printing charges. Checks can be customized by laser printing company and bank logos as well as authorized signatures.
Integrated into the program is an advanced, easy-to-use, accounts payable package with full reporting capabilities including Trial Balance, General
Ledger, Balance Sheet and Income Statement. All reports can be viewed on the screen, sent to a printer or exported in a variety of formats. Corporate Checking
has intuitive drop-down menus with related functions conveniently grouped together.
To insure acceptance of your laser printed checks by the banking system, Corporate Checking
makes use of a special MICR (Magnetic ink) toner cartridge available from Academy for most popular laser printers. These toner cartridges are comparable in cost and print quality to regular toner cartridges. All special fonts needed to print checks are included with the program.
